This week, I challenge you to look at your life through a new lens.
Not for what’s missing — but for what’s already working.
And maybe it’s the fact that my birthday is just around the corner 🎉
…but I’ve been reflecting a lot on how far we’ve come — quietly, steadily, imperfectly.
- That quiet win
- That small act of self-respect
- That moment where you stopped to breathe instead of break
If you see even one of those?
You’re doing better than you think.
💛 I pulled together some of the tools and routines that help me feel grounded when I forget my own progress.
If you’re curious, you can peek at them here:

Not because products fix things…
But because small rituals remind us:
You’re worth showing up for.
You don’t need to prove yourself to feel proud of yourself.
You don’t need to do more to be more.
And you don’t have to wait for everything to be perfect before you decide:
“I’m already doing okay.”
💬 Before you go…
What’s one thing you did this week that no one else saw —
but you’re proud of?
📝 Drop it in the comments.
You might inspire someone else to realize they’re doing better, too.
PS — My birthday’s coming up this week (yes, still a sparkle girl even as the candles multiply 😉).
If this post speaks to you, I’d love to hear it — and if you feel like dropping a little b-day love, well… I won’t stop you. 💛
We, the boutique, donated to a nursing home. The residents happiness and delight were so inspiring to me personally. Also, I stopped wednesday and went home to rest when I did not feel well. Normally, I would push myself. This time I stopped. Happiest of birthdays my dearest friend Karrie!!!!
Oh I love that so much that you donated. That is the best feeling ever to make someones day. I am SOOOO proud of you for stopping Wednesday when you needed to. Thanks for the birthday love.
